• DOES MY DOG NEED TO BE VACCINATED? Pets must have a current rabies and bordetella vaccination on file. You can upload this documentation when booking online or email us at tailsandtanglesgrooming@gmail.com

• WHAT IF I AM RUNNING BEHIND FOR MY APPOINTMENT? Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in canceled appointments and a no-show fee.

• WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT? You will receive a reminder of your appointment through Groomsoft. Any cancelations within 24 hours or less will forfeit their deposit and will need to reschedule.

• WHAT IF MY DOG SHOWS AGGRESSION DURING THE GROOMING SESSION? We prioritize safety, therefore; we do not take aggressive dogs as clients. If your dog is showing signs of aggression or overly stressed, we will stop the session and ask you to pick them up. This is for your dog's safety and ours. Fees may still apply.

• WILL MY DOG BE PUT IN A CAGE? We are cage free and will work one-on-one with your pup to give him the attention he deserves.
